Asian American communities in the United States have been historically overlooked, causing under-representation and misinterpreted narratives. Cultural biases have been known to lead to violence and even hate crimes. AACoMP’s work continues to combat marginalization, and celebrates the contributions that AAPI groups have added to our nation’s society. The veterans interviewed enlighten us with their historical and powerful American stories. AACoMP is committed in honoring their histories.
